Kim Lanza, a born + raised New Yorker and Pratt Institute graduate, has over 20 years of experience in the Architecture Design and Interior Design
Industry. Having worked in several sectors from Institutional to Healthcare projects, Kim ultimately found her niche in Hospitality Design after living in Miami. While in Miami, Kim worked for Shulman + Associates and gained experience in Art Deco
Historic Preservation for retail spaces along Lincoln Road and oceanfront hotels on Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. She was a core team member for the Soho
Beach House located just south of the Fontainebleau. After seeing this project through, Kim returned to New York City, and joined the ICRAVE Team. While at ICRAVE, Kim worked on airport, restaurant and nightclub
projects with her main focus on hotel and cruise ship projects. Kim was the Project Director for the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Regent Explorer, where she and her Team worked on the specialty restaurants - Prime 7 and Chartreuse, The
Constellation Theater and La Veranda/Sette Mari. She was also the Project Director for The Rally Hotel located in Denver, CO. Kim's portfolio includes Soho House, Thompson Hotels, Sixty Hotels, Denihan Hospitality, Key International, Marriott, Sage Hospitality, Turnberry, Sapphire, Hilton, Best Western, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Princess Cruises.
